Pewter dinner carrier - 19th century. Two-compartment, domed dinner carrier with lids fitted with side handles. Features a molded carrying handle. Stamped on each base with the name RENARD within a circle. Origin to be identified/confirmed. Relatively good condition: note a slight lateral dent on one compartment which prevents the lid from fitting properly, and a small crack near the handle. A rare and highly decorative item. Diameter of each compartment: 14 cm, total width: 28 cm, total height: 20 cm
