"Argonne Earthenware Inkwell - Early 19th Century"
Argonne earthenware inkwell - early 19th century. Polychrome high-fire earthenware, with two pen holes. Both inkwells are new. Decorated with garlands of flowers. A similar model is reproduced in the reference book. In good condition, no cracks. Note a restored chip on the front left side of the base (see last photo). A small chip remains under the left inkwell, visible from the back. Width 14.5 cm
