Clock "goddess Flora" In Bronze And Limoges Porcelain 1844-1849
A very fine gilt and chiseled bronze clock featuring the image of the goddess Flora, represented by a large, reclining sculpture in a natural setting with her attributes, wearing a laurel wreath and holding flowers in each hand. The façade, richly decorated with plants and flowers, is adorned with two Paris porcelain plaques featuring cherubs, each holding a shield decorated with a heart; they frame the white enamel dial. Napoleon III period.
