Important Pair Of Neo-gothic Reliquaries – 19th Century
Our elegant large reliquaries are made of stuccoed, lacquered and partially gilded wood. Glazed and double-sided, they are architecturally shaped with Gothic ogives and lanterns.
Resting on a tripod foot decorated with acanthus leaves, they open with a glass door. Made during the first half of the 19th century. Good condition - wear and some cracks.
