Lovely Braided Hair Bracelet, Gilt Silver Mount, France Napoleon III

Very pretty bracelet, small, probably for a young girl. It is made entirely from a large, dense braid of hair, and in rare, very good condition. The hinged clasp is silver, finely gilt, some traces are still visible. It takes the form of a trompe l'oeil of twisted rings nested one inside the other. The hinged opening is done by a small part opening with a zipper. It is finely engraved with scrolls of leaves and flowers, and geometric shapes. Hallmarks clearly visible on the different parts, I have not identified them.
Excellent condition, the hair bracelet is "Mint", unfortunately some lack of gilding on the silver, please look carefully at my detailed photos, I'm not hiding anything!
European working, most probably French, dating from the second part of the 19th century, Napoleon III period, Circa 1850-60.
Dimensions: Open 16cm x 2.7cm at widest. Inner diameter approximately 4.5cm
