Beautiful Cubist composition forming a geometric abstraction set against a madder red background animated with patterns in Calder's sculptural taste. The work is presented in its original brushed aluminum frame. Dimensions: 62 cm His first master was Édouard Pignon (1905-1993) whose influence is felt even in his Oiseaux. He held his first exhibition in 1961.
