Juan Soler is a Catalan painter from the mid-20th century. He studied at the San Jorge School of Fine Arts in Barcelona, his numerous visits to the Prado Museum enriched him with a particular interest in the work of Dutch and Flemish painters such as Vermeer, Holbein and Dürer, he is also interested in artists like Ingres or Botticelli, who will mark his work. Soler's work has been exhibited in numerous exhibitions around the world, gaining critical acclaim, as well as prestigious international auctions such as Christie's.
