Sumptuous pair of large Limoges porcelain dishes from the Haviland factory, Pompadour model. This model was created in 1916 for embassies, the decor consists of a frieze made of gold inlay all around and a pretty pattern formed of arabesques and rockeries on the wing. The detail and the delicacy of the patterns are highlighted by a realization in fine gold on a blue oven background. The marli is decorated with a fine garland.
