Rare object, this measure of wrought iron, (barrel or barrel gauge), 1m.32, rectangular section, forged ring on top, an iron slider, forged, tools worked and wedged by butterfly screw can freely browse the ruler. Datable from early 19th century, it has two different graduations, from 1 to 100 and from 10 to 100, depending on the direction marked by the tab.
