Elegant 18th century rosewood and violet wood marquetry desk.
It is slightly curved on the sides and the uprights. It has a wide flap and four drawers in three rows.
It was undoubtedly made by a carpenter from eastern France.
It has a refined decor enhanced with green tinted sycamore, herringbone and serrated patterns
