Louis XV Console In Gilded Wood From The 18th Century flag

Object description :

"Louis XV Console In Gilded Wood From The 18th Century"
Beautiful Louis XV console, in finely carved and gilded wood, curved on the front and on the sides.
The strongly arched base with generous moldings rests on four legs decorated in the lower part with raised scrolls of acanthus leaves.
The crosspiece on the facade is crossbow-shaped and openwork. It has deep and sinuous moldings in a pretty flowered basket decor from which garlands of laurel emerge which blossom in soft waves right up to the side rails.
Sarrancolin marble top in red gray color surrounded by a corbin beak.
This beautiful console, with its symmetrical composition and harmonious and balanced lines, is an elegant testimony to 18th century furniture.
