Our painting is a fineexample of the artist’s work from the 1920s. It dates from 1924, when his brushwork became more vibrant andwas influenced by the Neo-Impressionism of Le Sidaner, whom he met inQuimperlé around 1920.
The color palette used is particularly remarkable.
