Dogs Playing Table Tennis - Vienna Bronze, Karl Kauba, Circa 1900
Artist: Carl Kauba
A rare and amusing Viennese bronze depicting two dogs playing table tennis, each holding a racket on either side of a small table equipped with a net.
The scene, particularly lively and detailed, follows in the tradition of humorous Viennese bronzes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Marked “KK” on the base, a monogram associated with Carl Kauba (1865–1922).
Viennese work, circa 1900.
Very good overall condition.
Some slight wear to the patina and polychrome, consistent with its age.
