Superb Iznik ceramic plate featuring a rich multicolored floral decoration on an ivory white background, with a large cursive SAZ leaf in its center. The SAZ palm thus defines the plate's space and organizes the radiant floral composition of carnations, tulips, and hyacinths in gray-blue, emerald or bright green, and vivid red in strong relief.
The rim is classically and finely decorated with the traditional motif of waves and spiraling black rocks.
The back is simply decorated with small alternating blue and green floral dots.

Condition:
2 slight chips on the edge - visible in the photos, no restoration.
