Hand-painted design composed of various shades of yellow
derived from local pigments andapplied over an ivory-white engobe.
The ombilic (basin) is adorned with a trilobed design encompassing three
vine leaves, with a round motif in the center decorated with a frieze and fillets.
Three othervine leaves and three bunches of grapes are distributed
across the outer sections, formingcartouches of the trilobed motif.
Marli (border) decorated with the same frieze
surrounded by fillets as in thecenter of the dish.

Hand-signed “A: Serghini” on the foot with the inscription “Safi.”
Very good condition,except for a few minor firing flaws.
