Antique Porcelain Vase. Restored.
This beautiful porcelain vase featuresthe most exquisite decoration—in a burst of color, the artisthas painted a bouquet of multicolored flowers on the front. In thetradition of the greatest flower painters, he has skillfully harmonized theshades and the various flowers he used in hiscomposition; they are all painted with such realism and delicacythat one might mistake them for the real thing. Thestand alongside fully bloomed roses, while a few fuchsias and morning gloriescomplete this composition. On the reverse side, a more understated bouquetof poppies rises toward the neck; a few small flowering twigsscattered here and there complete the ornamentation of this vase. Thewidely flared neck and the base are accented with blue and goldborders
