Refined pair of Paris porcelain vases, dating from the Restoration, circa 1820–1830.
Each vase rests on a slender pedestal with a square base, richly enhanced with gilding. The decoration alternates on each side:– one side adorned with a sumptuous hand-painted bouquet of polychrome flowers (roses, pansies, cornflowers, various foliage),– another side with neoclassical gilt decoration, composed of laurel branches and stylized emblems.

The gilded neck, base and fillets accentuate the elegance of the whole, revealing decorative work of great finesse.
