A very elegant double-sided Louis XV-style flat desk from the 19th century, featuring rich wood veneer and marquetry work in various wood species.

This desk is designed and crafted on both sides, allowing it to be displayed in the center of a room. The main façade features five drawers: a large central drawer and four side drawers arranged in pairs. The other side mirrors the decoration and quality of craftsmanship found throughout the piece, giving the cabinet a truly complete finish on all sides.

It rests on four elegant, curved legs that are fully veneered and finished with beautiful bronze feet. The legs are adorned with large bronze finials featuring rocaille decoration.

The top, with its rounded corners, is framed by a substantial bronze mold and upholstered in antique leather with gilded decoration, retaining a beautiful patina from use.
