A trefoil-ended brass or patinated metal cross inset with fine polychrome glass micromosaic tesserae.
The upper arm features the inscription "ROMA" and the "INRI" titulus. The horizontal arm depicts the Dove of the Holy Spirit flanked by Alpha and Omega (A−Ω). The vertical stem displays the Instruments of the Passion (Arma Christi), including floral patterns, dice, pincers, a ladder, and a hammer.
