Antique Umbrian Firwood Cabinet With Two Doors And Three Drawers, 18th Century
Antique 18th-century Umbrian cabinet, entirely crafted from firwood, with mouldings in chestnut. The piece features two panelled doors above three drawers and is surmounted by a projecting moulded cornice. The cabinet stands on a shaped plinth base. It retains all of its original structural elements, including the back, interior shelves, locks and drawer bottoms. The original wrought-iron ring pulls and shaped escutcheons are also preserved, further enhancing the cabinet’s authentic character and aged patina.
