A beautiful “cabin” or “mail” size travel trunk, a testament to the golden age of long-distance rail travel in the early 20th century. The wooden frame is entirely covered in its original dark-colored coated canvas, reinforced with metal corner brackets and riveted wooden slats.
The corners and clasps are made of brass weathered by time. It still features its original thick, topstitched leather pull handle on the side, along with its leather tag holder.
