Bronze Wall-mounted Christ Figure, Auvergne, Late 15th–early 16th Century
A very beautiful wall-mounted bronze Christ figure with its original dark patina, an Auvergne piece from the late Middle Ages (15th century).
A piece of fine quality in both casting and chiseling.

Drapery: Perizonium—short, tied at the hip, with supple, well-defined folds.
