Opium Pipe In Bamboo, Paktong And Coloured Stones

Bamboo pipe, paktong and gems in excellent used condition. The saddle is in well-worked paktong and decorated with four colored cabochons (in: agate, jade, amber..) The two large mouthpieces are in ivory*.
Large (78 mm) hexagonal furnace in well-signed gray stoneware. Length: 57.6 cm. Weight with its furnace: 470 g.

(*) Object manufactured before March 1, 1947 (CITES Convention) and comprising less than 20% ivory by volume, not subject to regulations concerning the ban on trade in elephant ivory (Orders of August 16, 2016 and May 4, 2017). Export outside the EU is prohibited.
