The work is signed lower right "Jul".and although it's of fine quality, we've found nothing about this signaturesignature, which we assume is a pseudonym.The drawing is preserved in a gilded, molded frame measuring 68cm x 86 cm, and the view measures 53 cm x 71 cm.
