Louis XV Transition period commode a Ressaut, dating from the XVIIIᵉ century -
It is in Rosewood veneer in Amaranth frames .
Elegant chest of drawers with slightly curved front opening with three rows of drawers, including three small drawers in the waist and 2 wide drawers .

The cabinet features remarkable geometric marquetry work in rosewood frieze, highlighted with amaranth fillets and finely drawn Greek-style frames.

The rounded uprights are adorned with superb ormolu falls decorated with ram heads and foliage, ending in hooves also in chased and ormolu.
The moving lower crosspiece receives a large central rocaille-style gilt bronze openwork motif, bringing balance and elegance to the whole.

The top is topped with a molded marble in veined brown-beige shades, perfectly matched to the warm tones of the veneer.

The ormolu pull handles and lock escutcheons are original or of fine antique quality, contributing to the overall refinement of the piece.
