Very beautiful Kashan in dozar format, with traditional pattern on a red kafzadé (plain) background. Beautifully executed design and choice of colors. The central medallion, the four spandrels and the borders are in perfect harmony. Note the fine abrache** on the red background.
* Kurk wool: fine lamb's wool combed from the wool. Strong, durable wool.
**Abrache: term designating a variation of tones in the same color.
