In Claude's work, each stone is singular and self-evident: it becomes the starting point of the project and guides the birth of the creation. Inspired by the natural shapes, design and texture of stone, Claude lets the material reveal the object and establish a subtle dialogue. The interplay of colors and shapes respond to and extend each other, creating a visual continuity between the stone and the body of the object.

The mineral nuances, oscillating between deep greens, blues and browns, as well as the undulating surface reliefs, echo the natural patterns of the stone, reinforcing the impression of a coherent, almost organic whole, inspired by nature and raw material.
