Imro Weiner-Král (* October 26, 1901 , Považská Bystrica - † August 11, 1978 , Bratislava ) Slovak painter and graphic artist, one of the representatives of Slovak surrealism and expressionism.

he studied architecture and painting at the Czech Technical University and the School of Applied Arts in Prague , in 1922 he entered the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf , then Berlin and from 1924 the School of Fine Arts in Paris . After this training, he returned to Slovakia, lived from 1929 to 1932 in Bratislava and then in Berlin, and returned to Paris from 1938 to 1950, from where he was expelled for political reasons.

He was born and raised in Prague.
