A beautiful Louis XV style chair in natural wood, dating from the late 19th century. Harmoniously proportioned and attractively carved, this chair features a superb tapestry upholstery with a silky sheen. The golden yellow fabric displays a purple floral design against an architectural background. Very elegant and decorative, this chair would be perfect in a bedroom/boudoir or in a refined living room. The woodwork is in very good condition. As the seat was slightly loose, the previous owners had the chair re-webbed to preserve its beautiful upholstery.
