An 18-karat gold ring with Egyptian-inspired decoration, set with a square lapis lazuli centered with an old-cut diamond, mounted on silver.

The sides of the ring are carved with pharaoh heads in a relief style characteristic of the taste for ancient Egypt.

Egyptomania experienced a surge in popularity during the 19th century, following the Egyptian campaigns and archaeological discoveries, inspiring numerous pieces of jewelry featuring pharaoh motifs and ancient symbols.
