18th-century Meissen Porcelain Cup And Saucer, Circa 1740
A fine Meissen porcelain cup and saucer, c. 1740, the cup and saucer each decorated with a large spray of flowers, together with smaller sprays and individual flowers, on a white ground, the cup with a slightly oval rim and an elaborate scroll handle, the rims of cup and saucer and the handle decorated in puce.
Maker’s marks: Underglaze blue crossed swords marks to both pieces. Incised “63” on saucer.

Diameter of saucer: 13 cm (5.1 in)
Condition - Excellent. No damage or restoration. Very light wear.
