A very fine 18th-century mezzotint engraving by Pieter I Schenk (1660-1718), a renowned 17th-century Dutch portrait painter, engraver, and draughtsman, entitled Aestas. We can admire the care taken with the young man's attire, the details characteristic of this period, and the delicacy of the lines. Some yellowing of the paper is regrettable but not distracting. It is presented in an antique frame with some imperfections. Frame dimensions: 32.5 x 26.2 cm. The whole piece is very decorative!
