Empire Cage Clock
An Empire-style gilt bronze cage clock with four smooth columns on decorated pilasters. The pediment is surmounted by a pair of birds perched on a cloud. It rests on a base with a set of cherubs in reserve. The dial is signed "Deville à Paris". The movement has a wire mechanism indicating the hours, minutes, and days. Circa 1800. The movement has been serviced.
