"Scriban Or Money Changer's Cabinet, 18th Century"
A 18th-century writing desk or money changer's cabinet in excellent condition, crafted from walnut and pear wood. The lock, with its working key, is clearly from the mid-19th century, as is the small wooden plaque on the back of the top shelf (see photos). This writing desk most likely belonged to a money changer. The door panel is adorned with a beautiful carving of a floral basket. Very stable and boasts a lovely patina. Spacious enough for storage. Dimensions: 92 cm high overall, 55 cm deep, 70 cm wide. The height at the base is 77 cm. Packaging: Item carefully packaged. Delivery: To be collected in Nevers. Delivery is possible in Paris (Paris/Nevers axis) and Montpellier.
