Magnificent wrought iron coffee table attributed to Gilbert Poillerat, Master Ironworker, after a design by Jacques Adnet, with a grey Sainte-Anne marble top, France, 1940s, Art Deco period. Elegant lines and marble top. Very good condition. Hammered wrought iron base with a beautiful antique patina. A similar base model, but with a variation in the top, is featured in François Baudot's book "Gilbert Poillerat Maître Ferronnier" (Hazan edition, 1992), page 240, see last photo. Use it as a coffee table in an entryway, or as a cocktail table or side table to enhance your Art Deco interior in the living room. Dimensions: 84 cm W x 45 cm D x 51 cm H.
