In Claude's works, each stone is unique and asserts itself with self-evidence: it becomes the starting point of the project and guides the birth of the creation. Inspired by natural forms, the design and structure of the stone, Claude allows the material to reveal the object and establish a subtle dialogue. The interplay of colors and shapes responds to and extends from one another, creating a visual continuity between the stone and the body of the object. The mineral nuances, oscillating between deep greens, blues, and browns, as well as the undulating reliefs of the surface, echo the natural patterns of the stone, reinforcing the impression of a coherent, almost organic whole, inspired by nature and raw materials.
