Magnificent Daskiri kilim originating from the Afyon region in southwestern Turkey. Woven wool on wool using traditional methods. Fine and tightly woven. Very beautiful vegetal hues, characteristic of this production region. The border motifs are remarkable, distinctive of this region, composed of wolf's mouths, a symbol of protection, and stylized wings, which symbolize freedom.
