Curious Parchment Dance Card With Internal Mirror, 19th Century

A very curious hinged case, shaped like a parchment-bound book, covers decorated with gouache paintings of floral landscapes. Borders are embellished with small hot-tooled designs, the original gilding of which has faded.
Opening the case, upper section reveals a small mirror for quick touch-ups, framed of red and gold on one side.
On other side are three small, stiff sheets of cardboard for writing, tan color, and on side, a space for a pencil, which I do not have. Probable period: Napoleon III, late 18th-century style.
11cm x 7.5cm x 1cm.
