Superb Art Deco chandelier dating from the 1920s, finely crafted in gilt bronze and featuring an exceptional and very rare décor of stylised ostrich feathers crowning three light arms.
Each light is adorned with a hand-blown glass rose in yellow and orange shades, colours typical of the decorative palette of the Roaring Twenties. The flowers display a vibrant, irregular modelling that diffuses a warm and enveloping glow.
The central stem is richly sculpted with knotted ribbons, foliage, a tassel finial and a generously flowing upper bow. The whole composition forms a spectacular decorative piece, combining Louis XVI inspiration with the exotic fantasy of the Art Deco period — a rare and sought-after stylistic pairing.
This is a highly unusual model, likely created by a Parisian haute décor workshop or produced as a special commission. No other identical example is known on the market.
The electrification has been completely renewed, allowing for immediate and safe installation.
