Magnificent dense Art Nouveau solid silver 12 piece spoon set with foliate fluting and vermeil (gold over silver) bowls. Hallmarked with the French Minerva 1st Standard mark (.950) and the maker's mark of LEVERRIER (LEDUC Succ.). A very fine model later reproduced by Christofle-Cardeilhac. The service is presented in its original shaped case lined with red velvet and silk, with minor scratches from use. Absolutely beautiful... Spoon Length : 12.1 cm
