Rare large Semurois Taste-Vin in solid silver from the 18th century, plain model and snake handle. Border engraved "F MOREAU". Charge hallmark (crowned letter P) and Discharge hallmark (vine leaf) of the Jurisdiction of DIJON 1781-89, Common House Hallmark for SEMUR-en-AUXOIS 1785 (Ewer with vintage "85") and Hallmark of Master Goldsmith Nicolas FLEURY (Hallmark with the Tower surmounted by an "F") received in 1781. In 1782-83 Fleury was elected Guard of the community.
