19th Century Marquetry Perfume Bottle Box, Napoleon III Era
A Napoleon III period perfume or fragrance box in rosewood marquetry. Original interior in white moiré silk with two crystal bottles, the brass lids adorned with miniature monuments on paper. French polished, very good exterior condition. As the interior is original, it shows some stains and tears in the silk. One internal glass stopper for each bottle is missing.
