A winged female figure stands atop a dome decorated with a scale pattern, mounted on a fluted column adorned with a frieze of heart-shaped motifs and set on a square base. Draped in classical attire, the figure holds a vase above her head from which emerges a bouquet of three light arms. Each arm is decorated with a serpent holding a sphere in its mouth, supporting a drip pan, candle holder, and bobeche. A central flaming torch reinforces the structure.
