A beautiful pair of polychrome porcelain amphora vases. The vases are extremely elegant in their structure, with geometric handles and floral decorations. On the front and body, the decoration is further enriched by two figurative scenes, one per vase, recalling scenes and myths from classical antiquity. Also notable are letters and numerals inside the foot, likely traced to the production workshop. The pieces are in good condition without restorations and will enhance any setting with taste and refinement. It is also possibile to turn vases into lamps. Austrian manufacture, from the Biedermeier period, dating to around the mid-19th century.
