Very beautiful porcelain plate from the porceleyne fles factory in Delft. The painter Léon Senf created this plaque in 1882 (date letter "D"). It reproduced a painting by the famous 17th century Dutch painter Philips Wouwerman (1619-1668). Originally the plate was to have two arms of light before it was diverted into a pipe holder.
