English Cotton Pique Quilt - Fleur-de-lis And Greek Frieze Decoration - Early 20th Century

English cotton pique quilt, decorated with stylized fleur-de-lis, acanthus scrolls and Greek frieze surrounding a large central cartouche. It is not numbered, thus leaving the possibility of embroidering it with the monogram of your choice and according to your inspiration. Very white antique linen with extra quality fabric, washed and ironed.

Condition : It is worth noting a foxing of about one centimeter in diameter located at the edge of the border (see photo). This imperfection is certainly persistent but completely concealable in a hem, or by the addition of cotton lace or a percale flounce decorated with English embroidery for example.
