This charming little candy or pill box differs from the usual models by its ribbed relief on the sides and the lid. It is enamel on copper, hinged mount and brass lining.
The decoration on all sides represents garlands of flowers mixed with foliage. The center of the lid and the bottom are decorated with a bouquet of the same flowers.
Excellent condition, minor restorations on the enamel of the lid.
Napoleon III period circa 1870.
