Antique Indian bronze figure of a munshi (court scribe or secretary), standing in formal attire with turban, robe, and sash. He holds a manuscript under his arm, symbol of learning and record-keeping. Finely cast with detailed features, typical of Rajasthan or Gujarat courtly bronzes. Height: 12 cm. 19th century.
