Vintage Tane Designer Jewellery Mexico Sterling Silver & Vermeil Necklace, Acapulco 1997

A substantial and elegant vintage sterling silver necklace by the renowned Mexican silversmith TANE Orfebres, dating to 1997.

This piece was originally purchased at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Acapulco, Mexico, and is accompanied by its original suede case, canvas bag, and period brochures, forming a rare and desirable complete set.

The necklace is crafted in solid sterling silver (.925), with contrasting gold-plated (vermeil) elements that add warmth and refinement to the design. The chain features a fluid and sculptural link pattern characteristic of TANE’s late 20th-century aesthetic—both modern and timeless.

The clasp is clearly marked “TANE MEXICO .925,” guaranteeing its sterling silver standard.

A heavy and well-made piece, weighing approximately 160 grams, with a length of 45 cm.
