Important footrest in natural waxed and patinated wood, from the Napoleon III period. Resting on four ball-shaped legs, our footrest of a rare length allows it to be used by several people at the same time. Ideal to be positioned in front of a bench, a sofa or two large seats ... It is covered with its original tapestry embroidered in petit point, the latter obviously has wear (missing/worn embroidery, as well as fraying present all around its perimeter - see photo 10). The upholstery is in very good condition.
